The public parking garage was built in 2007 with a total surface area of 3000 m² and 97 parking spaces, over 4 floors. Podgorica has several of such parking garages within the city centre. The ambition of this pilot is to allow local stakeholders to co-create the upgrade of the parking garage by a new finishing on the outside, built up with up to 100 m² coloured PV using various innovative colouring techniques.
